New Agent Training:

All agents who are new to EXIT Realty Associates receive a FREE 6-week training program that is conducted one-on-one with the Broker.  Agents receive a training manual that takes them step-by-step through agent start-up.  This program is the first step in building a successful real estate business and is based on proven, industry standards for what makes an agent successful.  Agents go at their own pace through this manual and check in with the Broker regularly during the training.  This manual acts as a daily "to do" list for agents and leaves out all guesswork and road blocks.  Included in this manual are four weeks of business-building training accompanied by a DVD program conducted by a national top producer in real estate who tells you how he became one of the Number One real estate agents in America.  By the time you finish this training, you will know exactly what to do every day to bring in tons of real estate referrals.

                   100 Days to Greatness:

Our Broker is certifed to teach Brian Buffini's nationally-recognized training program:      100 Days to Greatness.  This 14-week training program guarantees at least two pending transactions and at least one closed deal by the end of the course.  You will learn how to easily and painlessly conduct your real estate business by referral.  The cost of the training is approximately $450 and includes three months of professionally printed marketing materials for your use.  Class size is currently limited to nine agents, which ensures plenty of one-on-one attention but also productive interaction with fellow agents.  We practice learning the "language" and objection-handling of sales and real estate in a safe, supportive environment before you face these interactions with clients.  Read more about Brian Buffini and 100 Days to Greatness at
